How to Buy or Rent
Whether it is your wedding, prom, reunion, college formal or some other special occasion, the event is one of those times when you want to look your absolute best. Selecting the appropriate ensemble in a style that appeals to your preferences and is in tune with the forthcoming occasion is a Giblees specialty. Having identified your products of choice the next (and most critical) step is to have accurate measurements taken. Formal wear by definition must fit well and look sharp.
Giblees Tuxedos specializes in personal service and provides extensive knowledge and experience in formal wear. Most of our products are available to buy or rent and our recommendation to all customers is to visit the store at least once during the process. However if you are confident in your product choice and your measurements a store visit is not necessary as we offer several other alternatives to buy or rent:

Our expert staff will guide you through every step of the process. Most products are available from our in-store stock room. A qualified specialist will take your measurements. If the perfect fit is in the store you will be able to purchase or rent your outfit and take it home same day. If alterations are needed our in-store tailor will have your garments ready for you within two to three days. You can come back to the store to confirm the final fit or we can mail your formal wear to you.
From home:
If you are confident of your measurements and have chosen your products from our web site or from an earlier store visit, you can rent or buy by one of the following methods:

- By Fax dial 1-978-774-4087. Please provide a telephone number for us to call you with any questions and to obtain your credit card number (please do not place any credit card information on your fax). For in-stock items your order will be delivered to your door within 2-8 business days.
- By email go here. Complete the form with your product choices and measurements (do not provide any credit card information). We will call you with any questions and to obtain your credit card number. For in-stock items your order will be delivered to your door within 2-8 business days.
Measurements
After selecting your product choices, precise measurements are critical to obtaining a perfect fit. While it may seem simple to take your own measurements, it is in fact very difficult to obtain accurate measurements. For this reason we always advise our clients to make at least one store visit where a trained Giblees professional will measure you.
A measurement that is only an inch or so off may result in a tuxedo or suit that is one or two sizes too big or small. However if you are confident in taking your measurements at home please refer to our measurement guide.
Credit card information

Overnight deliveries:
* Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time.
* Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time through Friday 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time will arrive on Monday.
* Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
* We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada , Alaska , Hawaii , or to PO boxes.
For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico , U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska , Hawaii , or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Any item purchased on the web (email), telephone or Fax is fully refundable if returned within 21 days from date of delivery. A store credit will be issued for anything returned up to 30 days from the delivery date.
